Privacy Notice

Who runs the Lab

Teddy’s Future Lab is run by Rava Exotic LLC, [MAILING ADDRESS]. Questions, requests to see or delete information, and complaints: support@mytfl.co.

Children’s privacy and parental consent

Children cannot create accounts. A parent or guardian creates each child profile and chooses, one by one, what the child may do; everything starts switched off. Before a child can use the Lab we verify that a grown-up agreed: the grown-up’s first payment by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Cash App Pay is that check. No ads, no selling of information, no profiling for marketing, and children’s information is not used to train AI models.

Who can see what

Parents see everything in their own children’s profiles. A child can only talk with people their own grown-up approved. Staff access is limited to named roles and logged.

Service providers

Hosting and encrypted backups: DigitalOcean. Payments: Square (card details never reach us). Email: our mail provider. Live video and voice, only when switched on: LiveKit (nothing recorded). AI helper and translation, only with a separate, optional permission from the parent: the AI company named in the full notice (Anthropic). Sharing with an outside company is never required to use the Lab.

How long we keep information

A deleted account is deleted at once and removed from our encrypted backups within 30 days. If nobody in a family signs in for 12 months and no prepaid days are left, the family account and its children’s profiles are deleted. Typed messages are kept 90 days, helper chats up to 365 days, daily check-ins 30 days; the full notice lists every kind of information and how long it is kept.
